All our products are subject to stringent testing, to ensure excellence guaranteed. As such, we are now proud to offer a free extended three year warranty on all our our own branded products.

We rarely encounter any issues but sometimes, as in any business, the unexpected can happen. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase of Bearmach parts and accessories then get in touch straight away. Feel free to to call our expert technical team who will be on hand to talk through your issue and offer advice and support. If the issue cannot be resolved just send your part back to us, and we’ll sort the rest out from there.

If any part is found to be defective following an inspection by our quality team in the first 12 months after purchase, due to faulty materials or workmanship, then we will repair or replace the unit free of charge or issue a full refund. In the second and third year of warranty – a free of charge replacement will be issued. This will be despatched to reach you as soon as possible.
